He was predeceased by: his mother Evia Eccles Quarles; his brother Alvin Rhett Quarles, Jr.; and his father Alvin Rhett Quarles, Sr.. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Isaiah Robert Moore, Lydia Renee Moore, Daniel Richard Moore, Lillian Eva Quarles, Graham Rhett Quarles, Brooks Markeson Quarles, Benjamin Miller Quarles, Vivian Ella Quarles and Gwendolyn Monet Quarles.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mercantile Funeral Home - Johnston Chapel (384 Lee St, Johnston, SC 29832). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
