With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Schumpert Nicholson Jr. of Johnston, South Carolina, born in Saluda, South Carolina, who passed away on December 14, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lois Hooker and George S. Nicholson; his spouse Robin Clark Nicholson of Johnston, SC; his sons, George S. Nicholson III (Jennifer) and John "Jay" Clark Nicholson (Nikki) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Grant Owen, Blythe Coit, Noah Elizabeth and Amanda Clark; and his son Jack Adam Nicholson.

Visitation will be held at Cayce United Methodist Church, 1600 12th Street, Cayce, SC at 2PM on Sunday, Dec 19th immediately followed by a memorial service at 3PM (please wear a mask if attending).

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Cayce United Methodist Church.
