She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois L. Griffis Neel and Major Fred H. Neel; and her sister Frankie Allen. She is survived by: her sisters, Freddie M. Neel, Bette Brannon (Paul), Nancy Miller (Steve) and Elizabeth. She is also survived by daughter and her nephews and great nephews.
