It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley Floyd Jr. (Johnsonville, South Carolina), born in Lake City, South Carolina, who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Floyd, Sr. and Helen Joyner Floyd; and his wife Nancy Gaskins Floyd. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Helen Mishoe (Wayne) of Lake City and J. Wes Floyd III (Denise) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Mishoe Gamble (Kent), Christopher Mishoe (Tia), Wes Floyd IV and Dewitt Floyd; his great grandchildren, Maecy Gamble and Henry Gamble; and his sisters, Mary Joy Lindley (Farrell) of Johnsonville and Susie Floyd King (Heyward) of Lake City. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
