She was predeceased by: her parents, W. M. Murrow and Jeanette Matthews Murrow; her daughter-in-law Denise McGee; her siblings, Lester Thompson and Frankie Blaton; her sister-in-law Marie Thompson; and her nephew Tony Carroll.

She is survived by: her sons, Bobby McGee and Tommy McGee; her grandchildren, Kyler McGee, Christian McGee, Brittany McGee, David McGee and Liam McGee; her sisters, Kay Prosser (Denward) and Diane Carroll (Tony); the father of her children Allen McGee; and her daughter-in-law Jennifer McGee. She is also survived by extended family, nieces and nephews.
