He is survived by: his son Gavin; his fiancée Lisa; his daughter Ava Grace; his mother Betty Jean Morrisette; his stepfather Mike Floto; his brothers, Todd Forster (Elinda), Max Forster (Melissa) and Skip Trombley (Diane); and his nieces and nephews, Max, Jordin, Cadance, Knite, Trey and Brandi.
