He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Prosser and Carrie Faye Hanna Prosser; and his brother Joe McAlister. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hanna McAlister; his children, Shannon McAlister (Betsy) and Stacey Hartfield (Tracy); his grandchildren, Gracelynn McAlister, Wylie Hartfield, Bentley Hartfield, Piper McAlister and Perri McAlister; and his siblings, Dean McAlister (Nancy), Gen McKinley (Jack), Shirley Bitters (Steve) and Cindy Prosser.
