It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terri Billings (Johnsonville, South Carolina), born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Billings and Martha Gosnell. She is survived by: her children, Tonia Michelle McDonald Rowell (Steve), David Corey Layne McDonald (Brandi) and Layla Nicole Septor; her grandchildren, Antonio, Tony, Armoni, Ariana, Steven, Brantley, Grace, Carsyn, Laekyn and Serenity; her great grandchild Karlie; and her siblings, Debbie, Tammy, Bridgette, Lori, Angie, Janie, Pete, Allan, Mark and Keith.
Due to Covid 19 friends and family are asked to observe social distancing rules and mask guidelines during the visitation and funeral service.
