He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jerry Poston and Eddie Mae "Blanch" Poston. He is survived by: his children, Teddy Leron Poston, Jr. (Brittany) and Stefani Poston (Scott) of Ridgeville, SC; his grandchildren, Thomas, Hunter, Addison, Jerry, Mia and Stella; his brother Samuel Eddie Poston (Meg) of Landrum; the mother of his children Karen Poston; his nephews, Samuel "Nick" Poston and Joseph Poston; and his niece Hannah Poston.
