He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherod Thomas and Bettie Watts Chandler; and his brother Barry Lynn Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Jane Stone Chandler; his children, Sherod Thomas "Trey" Chandler III (Katie) and Ella Claire Bull (Matthew); his grandchildren, Sherod Thomas "Chip" Chandler IV, Chloe Caroline Bull and Freya Wren Bull; and his sister Gwen Timmons. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Vox Memorial United Methodist Church (1868 Vox Hwy, Johnsonville, SC 29555).
