She was predeceased by: her father Robert Stanley Hooks; and her husband Charlie. She is survived by: her child Charlie Smith; her mother Merideth Dennis Hooks; her children, Jason Ervin Howell (Beth) and Andrea Howell Overcash (Adam); her grandchildren, Colten Adam Overcash, Sydnee Paige Overcash and Brady Liam Kidwell; and her brothers, Robert "Bobby" Gregory Hooks (Sonja) and Louis Bradley "Brad" Hooks (Karen).
