It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rutger Kip Powell (Johnsonville, South Carolina), born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Kip Joseph Powell; and his grandfather Carthen "Cob" Powell. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Jones Powell; his brother Devin Powell; his grandmothers, Doris Ard Jones and Ann Powell; his uncles, Deleon Jones (Lynne), Carroll "Gator" Powell (Lynn) and Paul Miles (Miranda); and his niece Madison Powell.
