He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moultrie "Sonny Buck" Cook and Leola Hanna Cook; and his sister Alcyone C. Tompkins. He is survived by: his children, Scott Cook (Sherrie), Hope C. Wise (Betsy Brem), Julie C. Smith (Chris), Corey Cook (Michelle), Annie C. Smith (Quinn) and Justin Cook (Sydney); and his sisters, Debbie Hanna and Iva Jo Orr. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
