He is survived by: his wife Miranda E. Thornhill; his sons, Christopher J. Thornhill (Laura) of Denver, NC and Darren R. Thornhill (Susan) of Johnsonville; his grandchildren, Mikayla Pope (Jake) of Hemingway, Ethan Thornhill of Charlotte, NC and William Thornhill of Denver, NC; his great grandchild Ellie Ray Pope; and his sister Ella Mae Brownlee (Allen) of St George.
