He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis C. Baxley and Wilna Humphries Baxley. He is survived by: his children, Rusty Frye (Chelsea Elliott), Jimmy Carmichael (Tina), Ashley Frye (Zack) and Rene' Proctor (Greg); his siblings, Stanley Baxley (Burlyne) and Kay Baxley McBee; his sister-in-law Betty Baxley; his grandchildren, Keith, Kevin, Jessica, Stephen, Kristopher, Chyenne, Keeli, McKayla, Riley, Heaven, Harlan, Jayce, Payton, Liam and Rusty, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Evleen, Creed, Joy, Sullivan, Jonthan, Charlotte, Coby, Mason, Dallas, Mitch and Emma Grace.
