She was predeceased by: her husband James Murry Padgett; her parents, William Reamer Jones and Violent Stone Jones; and her brothers, Keith Jones, Kenneth Jones and W. D. Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Padgett (Clara) of Pamplico and Candice Hodge (David) of Fredricksburg, VA; her grandchildren, Jabea Talbert (Justin) of Pamplico, Jaclyn Burns (Rhett) of Pamplico, Cassie Hodge of Fredricksburg, VA, James Padgett (Michelle) of Pamplico and Jim Hodge of Fredricksburg, VA; and her siblings, Ethel Baird (Julian) of Johnsonville, Jean Gallahan (Bobby) of Fredricksburg, VA and Reace Jones (Eulee) of Florence. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
