He is survived by: his wife Regina Ray Cagle-Owens of Hemingway; his children, Dustin Owens (Amber) of Turbeville, Justin Owens (Beverly) of Johnsonville and Jennifer Owens of Johnsonville; his stepson Ken Cagle (Maranda) of Hemingway; his sisters, Renee Varnadore of Turbeville, Dale Barefoot (Wayne) of Pamplico and Gail Belflowers (Randal) of Evergreen; his grandchildren, Olivia Owens of Turbeville, Zander Owens of Turbeville, Jaeden Moreno of Johnsonville, Johnis Leah Owens of Johnsonville and John Thomas Owens of Johnsonville; his mothers-in-law, Betsy Humphries of Johnsonville and Mae Williams Ray of Hemingway; and also, Dustin and Doris Thigpen Owens of New Zion.
