He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Legrand Weaver and Maurice Lee Weaver; his brother Legrand "Buck" Weaver; and his close friend Boxer. He is survived by: his wife Judith Weaver; his children, Dana Weaver Jordan (Matthew) of Olanta and Jenna Weaver Witherspoon (Jack) of Florence; his grandchildren, Georgia Addyson Calcutt of Florence, Hadlee Glenn Witherspoon of Florence and Ella Bliss Jordan of Olanta; his brothers, Gerald Weaver (Jennifer) of Turbeville and Billy Weaver (Julie) of Lake City; and his sister-in-law Freda Self Huggins (Mike) of Dallas, NC.
