He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Lee and Louise Hanlon McDaniel; his wife Joyce Osborne McDaniel of Lake City; his children, Buck McDaniel (Rose-Mary) of Lake City, Jimmy McDaniel (Stacey) of Scranton and Danah Springs (Donnie) of Camden; his brother Billy Joe McDaniel of Tennessee; his brother-in-law Harold Tanner of Dillon; and his sisters, Linda Tanner and Patricia Collins. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
