He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Elliott, Sr. and Doris Powell Elliott Collins; and his sister Beverly Elliott. He is survived by: his children, Monica Richardson (Scott) and David Allan Elliott, Jr. (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Hannah Jackson (Kenneth), Riley Grace Richardson, Kendall Alexis Elliott, David Gage Elliott, Lucas Everly Elliott and Annalie Harper Jackson; and his siblings, Elaine Young, Susan Lowrimore (Henry) and Lonnie "Buddy" Elliott, Jr..
