He is survived by: his father Oren Baxley; his siblings, Rene' Proctor (Greg) and Jimmy Carmichael (Tina); his nephews, Stephen Proctor, Kristopher Proctor, Keith Carmichael (Diane Moore) and Kevin Carmichael (Amanda); his niece Jessica Carmichael; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlotte Proctor, Sullivan Walker Carmichael, Mitch Carmichael, Mason Carmichael, Dallas Carmichael, Jonathan Carmichael and Emma Grace Carmichael.
