He is survived by: his mother Evelyn "Sissie" Bartlett Baxley; his wife Rebekka Riner Baxley of Coward; his children, Zachary Austin Baxley (Christy), Garrett Ian Baxley, Mason Thomas Baxley, Abree Rece Baxley and Carlee Alayna Baxley; and his grandmothers, Hazel Baxley of Scranton and Sallie Bartlett of Coward.
