With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Hearn Palumbo of Johnsonville, South Carolina, born in Hemingway, South Carolina, who passed away on January 15, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Fuller and Lenora Venters Hearn; and her siblings, Lavonia Olsen and Hugh Hearn. She is survived by: her husband Edward M. "Ed" Palumbo; her children, Michael Palumbo (Linda) and Stephanie Palumbo Gore; her grandchildren, Alex Palumbo, John Palumbo, Brennon Gore and Hayden Gore; and her sisters, Dixie Hearn Evans and Valerie Hearn Eaddy.

Memorials may be made in Mrs. Carolyn's memory to Kingsburg Baptist Church, 1730 Old River Road, Johnsonville, SC 29555.
