It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Stanton (Johnsonville, South Carolina), born in Timmonsville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 5, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Joe Jeffords and Barbara Gean Prosser Waters; and her stepson Dustin Stanton. She is survived by: her husband Brent Stanton of Cades; her children, Brandon Jeffords (Melissa) of Coward, Brittney Stanton (Chris) of Pamplico and Jessica Stanton of Pamplico; her stepchildren, Ashley Stanton of Garden City and Ryan Stanton (Suzanne) of Myrtle Beach; and her siblings, Angelia Carter (Ronnie) of Effingham and Porky Jeffords (Brenda) of Effingham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a special furry baby.
