He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Suggs and Lizzie Cumbee Suggs of John's Island; and his sister Jeanette Florio. He is survived by: his wife Judith Coley King Suggs; his children, Will Suggs of Charleston and Rachel Black (Simon) of Wadmalaw Island; his grandchildren, Wilbert Suggs, Mary Patterson Suggs, Maisie Black and Tallulah Black; and his sisters, Joanne Burkes of Greenwood, SC, Gail Alexander of Summerville and Wanda Kilroy of Goose Creek. He is also survived by children; and more friends.
