With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victoria Ketchen of Johns Island, South Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Sandy L. Ketchen Jr.; her children, James Victor Heyward Sr. (Anita), Clarence Ketchen, Angela K. Gadsden (Harold), Adeline Ketchen and Sandy Ketchen III; and her siblings, Mason Heyward (Rosetta), Burgess Heyward (Emma) and Woodrow Heyward (Kim). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
