He is survived by: his children, Deborah Ann Hawkins and Stephen Allan Hawkins Jr.; his close friend Martha; his granddaughter Samantha Rose Hawkins; his brother Thomas William Hawkins Jr.; and his nephews, Thomas William Hawkins, III (Julie) and Mark Hawkins (Betheny).
