He is survived by: his wife Sara Payne Hutto; his children, Jeffery Hutto and Cherry Orellana; his siblings, William Hutto, Sherril Wiggins (Charles) and Rebecca Harrison; and his close friend Harley. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
