He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Isabell Buggs; his children, Jana Wright, Robert Buggs Jr. (Elvera) and Lakisha Brown (Edward Jr.); and his adoptive children, Willie Seabrook, Marquita Seabrook, Neco and Richard Simmons.
Due to Covid-19 mask and social distancing is required for visitation at the mortuary, visitation at residence and graveside services.
