He was predeceased by: his father William T. Hunter. He is survived by: his mother Myra Hunter (Anderson); his wife Drenda; his children, Madison and Matthew; his grandchildren, Levi and Jordan Hunter; and his sisters, Vicki Ochoa of Marion, NC and Margie Kelley (John) of Mills River, NC..
