With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Cooper Dent of Johns Island, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on November 10, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. N. Cooper Jr. and Catherine Hicks Cooper. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Kimberly D. Richmond (Robert), Kelly Dent Towne (Carey) and David Dent Jr. (Jane); and her grandchildren, Ella, William, Anna Kate, Addison, Grayson and Karsyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like for any donations to be given to the Children's Pediatric Oncology fund at MUSC Children's Health or Lutheran Church of the Redeemer. Donations for the Children's Pediatric Oncology Fund can be made out to the MUSC Foundation and mailed to 18 Bee Street, MSC 450, Charleston, SC 29425.
