We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Nell Benton Minshew of Johns Island, South Carolina, born in Cordesville, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Perry Benton and Gladys Bowers Benton Nell; her husband Henry; and her siblings, James Dean Benton and Mell Benton Snow.
She is survived by: her son Grey Hanahan Minshew (Anne); her grandchildren, Grey Becker Minshew (Anna) and Evan Fripp Minshew (Aubrey); her siblings, Evelyn B. Schafer and Perry L. Benton; her nieces and nephews, Patricia Benton, Helen Thomas, Michelle Shank, Rodney Benton and James Snow; her great grandchild Eloise Adeline Minshew; and her niece Sharon. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Masks are required and social distancing will be observed. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, her funeral service will be private.
