He is survived by: his parents, Albert Mikula and Phyllis Mikula (Fleming); his brothers, Albert (Missy Mikula), Matthew (Caity Mikula) and Dan Mikula (Cheryl Bailey) of Wadmalaw Island, SC; his uncles, Jim (Clare Mikula) of Dayton, OH, John (Vera Mikula) of Florida and William Fleming; his nephews, Cameron and Dylan Mikula; his niece Elle Mikula; and his friends, Hazel Greely, Pam and Bruce Suits.
