It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Jacques of Johns Island, South Carolina, born in Maxton, North Carolina, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Sharon Frederick. She is survived by: her husband Charles H. Jacques; and her children, Sandra Lynn Garvin, Herbert C. Smith and Steven M. Smith. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Memorial donations may be made in Marguerite's honor to the First Baptist Church of John's Island.
