He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy White; his children, Brenda Frasier and Rennel Nathaniel Frasier; his parents, Samuel Frasier and Julia Frasier Gadsden; and his sisters, Francis Frasier, Geneva McNeil and Julia Rutley.
He is survived by: his children, Dorothy Ann Frasier, Bernetha Tarver (Thomas), Eva Mae Wilson (Robert), Sharon Mitchell, LaVesta Frasier, Richard Frasier, Joseph Frasier, Jr. (Miriam), Leroy Frasier, Kenneth Frasier (Debra) and Arthur David Frasier; his grandson Joseph "Ronnie" Frasier (Veronica); his siblings, Elizabeth Pinckney and Eugene Gadsden; and his daughter Helen White. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
