It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Hills Townsend of Johns Island, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on July 28, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Swinton Townsend, II and Eugenia Moore Hills Jean; and her sister Ann Swinton Townsend. She is survived by: her son James Townsend Wells (Laval) of Charleston, SC; her sister Constance Townsend Brady (John); her niece Eugenia Townsend Brady (Nina); and her nephew John Michael Brady, Jr.. She is also survived by friends Jean loved her pets.
