He was predeceased by: his father James Allen Ritter, Jr.; and his nephew Logan Dodds. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Deloris Ritter (Fennell); his wife Suzanne Marie Ritter (Hutcheson); his daughter Sarah Ritter; his sister Debi Dodds (Ritter) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and his niece Jessica Stone (Dodds) of Virginia.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McAlister-Smith Funeral (347 Folly Rd, Charleston, SC 29412). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Live Oak Cemetery.
