He is survived by: his parent Virginia Willey; and his siblings, Evonne Happ (Jerry) of Kingwood, TX, Nathan Guy Willey of Johns Island, Julius Jefferson (Grace) of Cliffwood Beach, NJ, Barbara Kraft (Barry) of Summerville, Aurora Billingsley (Bill) of Goose Creek and Vincente Quijano (Patty) of James Island. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
