We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2023, at the age of 84, Frances Brown Cheatham of Johns Island, South Carolina, born in Poughkeepsie, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Brown (Grimm) and Francis Brown; and her son-in-law Stewart L Bowles, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Cheralaine Dougherty (John), Shelby Bowles and Thomas Wieda; her grandchildren, Natalie Cordina (Brandon), Regan Henry (Justin) and Allen Rutland; and her great grandchildren, Mills and Lucy Cordina.
