She was predeceased by: her parents, Crawford Meeks and Jewell Seymore Meeks; and her brother-in-law Charles Lindsay. She is survived by: her sons, Melvin Edwin Moore, Jr. (Debra) of Mount Pleasant, SC and Jeffrey Scott Moore (Claiborne) of Purcellville, VA; her siblings, William Meeks (Marilyn) of Augusta, GA and Gloria Lindsay of Savannah, GA; and her grandchildren, Madelyn Moore and Crawford Moore.
