He was predeceased by: his parents, Angie Laura Crawford Milner and Arthur Pitt Milner, Sr. (Art); and his great-nephew Joseph Milner Jackson. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Milner Hill of Bonneau Beach, SC; his niece Scarlett Angel Hill Jackson of Bonneau Beach, SC.; and his sons, Rhylen Jackson and Hunter Roundabush.
