It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alden Victor Salvo Jr. of Johns Island, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Victor and Rutilla LaCoste Salvo; his wife Delores McManus Salvo; and his son David O. Salvo. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Salvo Kennedy (Michael) of Folly Beach, Robert A. Salvo (Shelia), Ernest N. Salvo and Paul R. Salvo of Johns Island; and his grandchildren, Vana Salvo, Hellen Salvo, Emily Mason, Vicki Kennedy, Chelle Carter and Robert Salvo. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
