It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Clark Byars of Joanna, South Carolina, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Clark and Virginia Ione Clark; and her husband Walter Eugene Byars. She is survived by: her daughters, Eugenia Johnson Miller (Tom) and Ginger Jacks (Rut); her grandchildren, Mitch Johnson (Christina), Allison Moore (Richie), Jennifer Howard (Tim) and Katie Jacks; her great grandchildren, Seth Johnson, Bailey Holloman, Meggan Moore, Mary Ryan Howard and Kate Howard; her nieces, Linda Hardwick of Waterboro and Tam Burnette of Joanna; and her great-niece Dina Hair of Laurens.
