She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Johnnie James Webb and Edna Petty Webb; her children, Jon Giles Gilmer of Clinton and Jackie Gilmer Vincent (Gary) of Joanna; and her grandchildren, Samantha Vincent Smaltz of Joanna, Libba Vincent Cooley (Gary) of Laurens and Joshua Lee Gilmer (Alyssa) of Clinton. She was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
