He was predeceased by: his father Carl Neil Clark. He is survived by: his mother Linda F. Clark; his wife Janet Boulware Clark; his children, Jillian Rish and Mitchell Clark; and his sisters, Robin Jackson and Ginger Clark. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
