He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Goldie Eubanks Boone; his wife Bonnie R. Boone; his daughter Deborah "Debbie" Boone Airington; and his siblings, Howard Boone, Bob Boone, Tuck Boone, Pete Boone, Inez Hinson, Roxie Oliver and Nance Boone.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, William Corey Airington (Erin), Benjamin Kyle Airington (Kelly), Hope Spurlin (Sam), Mylea Airington, Lola Airington and Zoe Airington; and his nephew Jerry "Punk" Boone. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
