He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Luke and Lelia Oliver Sullivan; his wife Betty Catoe Sullivan; his great grandchild Bladen Davis Cail; his siblings, Olin Sullivan, Heyward Sullivan, Viola Gilmore, Camilla Rollins, Jean Jordan, Sabren Reese and Martha Blanche Miles; and his siblings-in-law, David Jordan, Carroll Reese and Estelle Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Demby (Floyd), Deborah Catoe (Tommy), Eric Sullivan and Brian Sullivan (Wendy) of Jefferson, SC; his grandchildren, Chad Demby (Rachel), Casey Catoe (Nichole), Alisha Catoe, Layne Rollins (Kevin), Lacey Catoe (Davis Cail), Thomas J. Catoe (Paige Steen), Sydney Terry (Matthew) and Lexie Sullivan (Jarrett Laney); his sister-in-law Brenda Sullivan of Cheraw, SC; and his caregivers, Brittany Adams and Tammy Adams of Jefferson, SC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
