He is survived by: his children, Jim, Nancy, John and Susan; his wife Myrtis Jones Agema; his children, Donna Brook, Pamela Townsend (Billy) and Thomas Agema, II (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Dustin (Sarah), Steven (Jessica), Eva, John, Cheyenne and Briana (Teddy); his great grandchildren, Ellie, Gracie and Oliver; and his siblings, Jim Agema (Sandy), Nancy Nelson (Jeff), John Agema (Loan), Susan Potgetter, Mark Brook and Brian Porter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
