He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Martin Herbert. He is survived by: his children, Robert Eric Herbert (Jo-Dee) of Jamestown, SC and Catherine Herbert Clark of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his grandchildren, Eric "Bo" Herbert (Amanda), Josh K. Herbert (Laurin), Brandee Adams (Justin), Caitlin Graham (Keith) and Cameron Clark; and his great grandchildren, Sadie, Bonnie, Bo, Abby, Kip, Graham, Ellis, Thomas and Harrison.
