It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman J. Huffman of Jamestown, South Carolina, born in Thomasville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Dewey "Dan" Huffman and Annie Pearl Godwin Huffman. He is survived by: his friends, Charlie, Wayne and Norman; his wife Lillie Huffman; his daughter Susan "Susie" Murphy (Dale) of Honey Hill; his granddaughter Kristy Puckett (Bart ORear) of Birmingham, AL; his sister Jane Wheeless of High Point, NC; and his great grandchildren, Brayden and Heidi Puckett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Goose Creek United Methodist Church or the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in his memory.
